- ***The timing of our booking season is 4-6 months later than usual, to avoid competition with existing series and fellow artists.
- The process takes longer, as our presenters often require revenue generation ideas, facilitation within their communities, and hands-on support from negotiation through execution.
- Our artists’ availability is confirmed only by February or later for the season that begins in September. So, we begin booking in April for tours that run October to June.
- In some ways, this gives us more flexibility, but it makes meeting grant application deadlines aimed at the traditional booking season a bit of a challenge.
- Having either been invited to visit certain towns, or having researched region by region, we return to the same communities at least every other year to nurture what we have begun.
